Andrew Burashko’s Art of Time Ensemble returns with a reprise of their re-imagination of the Beatles’ generation-defining album Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Performed in full voice by an ensemble including Craig Northey (The Odds), Andy Maize (Skydiggers), and British pop singer Wesley Stace, Burashko’s project “chooses to rebuild magic, rather than restore it” (The Globe and Mail), fusing the contemporary and the classical, the popular and the avant-garde.
